Heading style not applied to inline code or math

Currently, Thinklab's markdown engine does not properly format inline code or math in headings, i.e. the heading style isn't applied. Neither of these are major issues for me, but I would use the inline code in headings if fixed. GitHub for example properly formats code in headings.

I think the correction has messed up text in code blocks.
