Draft mode for new discussions

Writing the introductory post for discussions can be time consuming and sometimes requires multiple sessions. A draft mode would be nice, where a discussion remains private to a user (or members of a project team?) until the user decides to publish.

Agreed. Have added this to the to do list. Will be private to just the user for now.

Draft mode has now been implemented.
